The J. R. Bintz Company is an 11 year old full service real estate firm specializing in the residential relocation market. We are a referral business, and while the majority of our business is corporate clients who refer us to their employees who are moving into or out of the Indianapolis metro area, a substantial part of our business results from referrals from past clients and friends.

Our primary focus is families relocating to the Indianapolis area who need a special range of services including short term apartment rentals and in-depth knowledge of such things as local schools and school systems, neighborhoods and amenities, taxes, real estate values, and local lending conditions.
